1916 - Farmers Cooperative Grain Dealers Association, an agricultural cooperative, was founded by 21 local grain cooperatives in Okla. to offer services and programs to their members.
1932 - Triangle Cooperative Service Company began providing insurance products and services to its member cooperatives in Okla. through its own insurance agency.
1992 - Triangle Insurance Company was chartered to provide a stable insurance market for the unique insurance products required for agricultural cooperatives in Okla. including specialized loss control and claims services. The cooperative’s name was changed to Triangle Cooperative Service Company.
Today - Triangle Insurance Company provides property and casualty products to commercial agribusiness and petroleum distributors in 12 Midwestern and Southern states from our home office located in Enid, Okla. We offer loss control and safety services and specialized claims service.
We are broadening our focus to include “main street” type businesses written through independent agents in Okla. including, businessowners, commercial auto and commercial umbrella policies.
